Lacey Bannister

Meet Lacey, a Care & Support Worker, who delivers high-quality care to service users in their own homes.

About Lacey

Lacey brings four years of experience in care and support, having worked in both domiciliary care and residential care homes. Her experience across these settings has helped her develop a caring, friendly, and understanding approach to supporting people in their everyday lives.

Born in England, Lacey spent 16 years living in Turkey, where she became fluent in Turkish. During her time there, she worked in an English bar, taking responsibility for the kitchen and preparing traditional full English breakfasts for customers. This experience helped her develop strong communication, organisational, and people skills.

After returning to the UK, Lacey got married and began her career in care, where she has spent the past four years supporting people in both their own homes and residential settings. Her varied life experiences and approachable nature help her build positive relationships with the people she supports.

Outside work, Lacey enjoys spending time with her three cats, who made the journey back to England with her from Turkey. She also has a creative side and loves crocheting, sewing, and getting involved in all kinds of arts and crafts.
