## Build your own care plan

Our calculator helps you plan. We agree the final visit lengths, support arrangements and charges after discussing your individual needs.

Add a visit for each time of day you need support. Tick the tasks, enter how many medications need support, and choose the days you would like us to visit. Times are guidelines, not a substitute for a care assessment.
