  • Tell me about your previous care experience.
  • Why did you leave your previous employer?

  • Describe excellent customer service.
  • What is safeguarding?

  • What would you do if a colleague shouted at a service user?
  • You arrive at a visit and the service user refuses all care. What would you do?
  • You arrive and the service user has fallen. What would you do?
  • A family member asks you to do something that is not in the care plan. What would you do?
  • You notice the home has no food and the service user appears neglected. What would you do?
  • You're running late for your next visit. What would you do?
  • Tell me about your medication experience.
