Is catheter care home support available overnight or just in the day?

Warm realistic scene of a black female caregiver in a navy 00072b tunic with e51974 piping sitting beside an older white male in his living room both smiling as they look over catheter care instructions together showing reassurance and trust in a homely setting.

Support can be flexible. Some people only need help in the daytime for tasks like washing, dressing and emptying bags. Others feel more anxious at night, especially after leaks, recent infections or hospital stays. In those situations, we can provide overnight care so a trained person is on hand to assist with toileting, repositioning, and catheter checks. Together, we’ll discuss what you’re worried about most, and design a plan that balances safety, rest and affordability, giving both the person with the catheter and their family more peace of mind.
