Our carers are trained to listen without judgement and to notice changes in mood that might need more support. They can encourage you to talk about your feelings, help you keep to a routine that supports mental wellbeing, and gently prompt you to use coping strategies that work for you, such as breathing exercises or enjoyable distractions. While we don’t replace psychological or psychiatric services, we can help you access appropriate support and make sure you’re not facing difficult emotions alone.
