It’s very common for needs to change with a colostomy. You might need intensive support just after surgery, then much less once routines settle, or the opposite if new health issues arise. Our care is designed to be flexible: visit times, tasks, and focus can be reviewed regularly. If you later require more complex help, such as end-of-life support or additional condition-led care, we can adapt alongside you. The aim is to provide the right level of help at the right time, always respecting your choices and preferences.
