Meet Dean, our Registered Manager & Nominated Individual, responsible for overseeing the safe, effective, and high-quality delivery of our care services.

## About Dean

Dean brings a diverse career background to his role as Registered Manager & nominated Individual, with 21 years experience spanning healthcare, operations, and leadership. He began in the motor trade as an Assistant Manager before moving into healthcare as a Lead Pathway Coordinator in a private treatment centre, managing NHS patient clinics and theatre pathways.

He later joined a Cancer Care MDT, gaining experience coordinating complex care and supporting multidisciplinary teams. Following this, Dean held a senior management role overseeing a nationwide wastewater management and engineering company, developing strong leadership and organisational skills.

After COVID-19, Dean stepped back from senior management and began working in domiciliary care, where he discovered a real passion for hands-on care and building strong connections. This experience led him into homecare management.

Dean’s mix of leadership and frontline experience shapes his compassionate, down-to-earth approach. Outside work, he enjoys computer programming, gaming, cinema, DIY, and skydiving.
